Terms of Use

Last updated: September 30, 2026

These terms apply to your use of the SI Continua website, operated by Mentour Corporation ("MentourCorp," "we," "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Information, not advice

The content on this site is general information about our services and about SI security and adoption. It is not legal, regulatory, compliance, financial or security advice for your situation. References to frameworks and standards (such as OWASP, NIST, ISO/IEC 42001 and the EU AI Act) describe what we test and report against. They do not mean we or our work are certified under them. Please consult your own advisers before making decisions based on this content.

Statistics and third-party sources

Where we cite survey results or research, the figures come from the named sources and are reported as they published them. We link to those sources so you can check them. We are not responsible for third-party content or for changes made to it after we cited it.

Sample content

Example findings, reports and activity feeds shown on this site are illustrations. They do not describe real clients or real incidents.

Our services

Descriptions of services on this site do not form an offer or a contract. Services are provided only under a written agreement or statement of work that we and you both sign. That agreement sets out scope, fees, timing and responsibilities, and it prevails over anything on this site.

Using the site

You agree not to misuse the site. That includes trying to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, introducing malicious code, or using it to send spam or unlawful content. Do not use the contact form to send passwords, keys, or confidential or regulated data.

Intellectual property

The site's text, design, graphics and code are owned by Mentour Corporation or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share pages for your own business purposes and link to them. You may not copy, republish or sell the content without our written permission.

Links to other sites

The site links to sources and to other MentourCorp pages. We do not control other websites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or complete.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, MentourCorp is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes relating to the use of this website will be heard in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information you send us.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
